Job summary

Confido is building an AI operating system for the CPG brands, with NYC headquarters. We seek a seasoned deductions professional to bridge product, customer support, and GTM teams, influencing how deductions and AR are managed across the CPG landscape.

You’ll partner with product and engineering, synthesize customer feedback, and advise customers on optimizing workflows to extract maximum value from the platform. Join a fast-paced, collaborative team with equity and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in deductions, disputes, and accounts receivable at a CPG brand or software provider.
• Deep expertise across the deduction lifecycle: trade and non-trade deductions across multiple channels.
• Knowledge of how deductions management connects to trade spend, reserves, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate ops knowledge into clear docs.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Willingness to work at NYC headquarters five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering to inform roadmap priorities, validate designs, and solve real CPG challenges.
• Synthesize customer feedback and market intelligence into actionable insights.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, optimizing workflows and getting value from the platform.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market activities, including discovery calls, content, and webinars.
• Build and maintain the documentation the team and product run on.
