LaSalle Network is seeking an experienced Deductions Analyst to join our client’s finance team and be a key player in their continuous and stable revenue growth. Deductions Analyst Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze customer deductions to identify root causes, such as pricing discrepancies, promotional allowances and chargebacks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service and accounting, to investigate and resolve deduction issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of deduction activities, including tracking and reconciling open deductions, adjustments and recoveries
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize deductions and improve deductions management processes
• Prepare and analyze deduction reports, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements and revenue optimization
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers to address deduction inquiries and resolve disputes professionally

Deductions Analyst Requirements:

• 2+ years of deductions management experience within the CPG or related industry
• Proficiency in ERP systems, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex financial landscapes on a global scale
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced environment
