Job summary

Midwest Logistics Systems is seeking a professional CDL A driver to run a dedicated out-and-back route with daily home time in the Vance, AL area. You will haul automotive parts in dry van trailers, with no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight, and work closely with onsite leadership and dispatch to maintain schedules.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and consistent performance, supported by a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) plan

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Live within 50 miles of Vance, AL.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

• Haul automotive parts in dry van trailers with newer equipment.
• Perform no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook operations and adhere to on-site dispatch.
• Maintain safety and on-time performance while following company policies.

Pay and bonus potential

• Route and detention pay.
• Safety and performance bonuses of up to $600 per quarter.
• Longevity bonus of up to $750 per quarter.
• Weekly paychecks.

• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
