Job summary

Midwest Logistics Systems is hiring CDL drivers to operate a dedicated daily route, delivering automotive parts in dry van trailers with no-touch freight. You will work with the same customers and team each day, ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries, while maintaining a strict safety standard.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Within 50 miles of Cullman, AL.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

• Drive the same dedicated route and serve the same customers daily.
• Haul automotive parts in dry van trailers; no-touch freight with drop-and-hook when available.
• Coordinate with onsite leaders and dispatch for smooth operations.

Overview

Pay and bonus potential

• Route and detention pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers.
• Safety and performance bonuses of up to $600 per quarter.
• Longevity bonus of up to $750 per quarter.
• Weekly paychecks.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Live within 50 miles of Cullman, AL.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
