Job summary

Midwest Logistics Systems is seeking an experienced CDL driver for a dedicated Cullman, AL route. You will operate the same out-and-back route daily, delivering automotive parts in dry van trailers with newer equipment.

Expect no-touch freight, close collaboration with onsite leaders and dispatch, and a clear focus on safety and reliability. MLS offers strong benefits and a team-driven culture in a stable, home-time oriented role.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Live within 50 miles of Cullman, AL.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

Pay and bonus potential

• Route and detention pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers.
• Safety and performance bonuses of up to $600 per quarter.
• Longevity bonus of up to $750 per quarter.
• Weekly paychecks.
