Job summary

MDB Transportation is seeking experienced CDL Class A TEAM drivers for assignments out of Compton, CA. Bring a co-driver or we’ll pair you up for steady miles and long-term work with an established carrier.

We offer a team rate of $0.80 per mile, a $10,000 team sign-on bonus ($5,000 per driver), and a $1,000 referral bonus. Our fleet runs 99% no-touch freight with weekly pay and full benefits, on a W-2 basis.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience per driver.
• Clean driving record, safety focused.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate as team drivers hauling dry van freight.
• Maintain safe, compliant driving practices and logs.
• Coordinate with dispatch for efficient trips.
• Engage in loading/unloading as needed and pre/post-trip inspections.

MDB Transportation is hiring experienced CDL Class A TEAM drivers out of Compton, CA. Bring your co-driver, or ask us about pairing. We are looking for professional company drivers who want big miles, steady dedicated freight, and a long-term position with an established transportation company.

YOUR TIME MATTERS:

We understand that drivers spend time doing more than just driving. Our pay program is designed to compensate drivers for the full trip cycle — driving time, loading and unloading, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and required work related to the load.

ABOUT MDB TRANSPORTATION:

We have been moving freight out of Compton since 2002. We are a 100% asset-based dry van carrier running a modern clean-energy CNG fleet — with our own on‑site fueling station and on‑site mechanics, so you are never stuck waiting on a third-party shop. We run dedicated customer freight across the West Coast with consistent lanes and steady miles. At MDB, you are a name, not a truck number — you will know your dispatcher, and they will know you.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Class A CDL (both drivers).
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience each.
• Clean driving records — reliable and safety-focused.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English (FMCSA requirement) — bilingual is a plus.
• No special endorsements required.
• Must be able to work as W‑2 company drivers.
