MDB Transportation is seeking experienced Class A team drivers out of Phoenix, AZ. Bring your co-driver or be paired by MDB. We offer a team rate of $0.80 per mile, a $10,000 per-driver sign-on bonus, and a $1,000 driver referral bonus, with 99% no-touch freight and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL (both drivers) required.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience each.
• Clean driving records — reliable and safety-focused.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English — bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a team with a co-driver, or be paired by MDB Transportation.
• Maintain dedicated dry van freight lanes and keep truck moving.
• Adhere to FMCSA regulations and ensure safety protocols.
