Clinton Elementary-095 in Sherwood, Arkansas is seeking a paraprofessional to support teachers and certified staff in conducting instructional activities for students with disabilities. The role involves direct instructional assistance under supervision and may include physical care and behavioral support as needed.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, assisting with daily schedules, and helping with classroom and student needs.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 60 college credit hours or an associate’s degree or higher.
• Paraprofessional academic assessment test passed.
• Ability to work with special needs students.

Mansioni

• Provide one on one or group instruction under a certified teacher.
• Implement behavior management techniques as directed by teacher/principal.
• Assist with physical needs of the student, including feeding, toileting, dressing, catheterization, and other medical support as prescribed.
• Complete daily work schedules and assist with classroom maintenance.
• Assist with lunchroom, recess, and bus duties for the student(s).
• Adhere to Board of Education policies and district guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
