Job summary

Qualifications

• Associated degree in nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• 0-2 years nursing experience; paid experience in related field preferred.
• Part-time and PRN experience prorated per week.
• Volunteer work and internships not counted.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient conditions; develop care plans with patient and family.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy; monitor effects.
• Educate patients and families on care and risks; document outcomes.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams; participate in process improvement.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and ongoing professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
