Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Certifications listed for CPI, stroke scale, oncology nursing, NRP, PALS, TNCC/BTLS and mental health nursing are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and monitor outcomes.
• Educate patients and families and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Document care activities accurately and timely per policy.
• Collaborate with staff to improve quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain licensure, complete mandatory trainings, and participate in process improvements.
