Aim Higher ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and daycare-based ABA therapy under the supervision of BCBAs. This role offers meaningful work, flexible scheduling, and supportive supervision to help children with ASD grow and learn.

Responsibilities include 1:1 ABA therapy, implementing individualized skill acquisition programs, collecting data, and maintaining a safe, compassionate environment. RBT License is required for candidacy.

Competenze

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license required.
• Experience in home or daycare ABA settings is a plus.
• Ability to collect data and document sessions accurately.

Mansioni
