Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Knoxville-Morristown is seeking a One on One Overnight Care Professional to provide compassionate, non-medical care in clients' homes, focusing on overnight companionship and safety.

You will assist with daily living activities, manage medication reminders, help with meals, document care, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure individualized care plans. Shifts include overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Overnight shift availability including weekends and holidays is required.
• Valid driver's license if applicable.
• Ability to lift, transfer and reposition clients as needed.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

As a One on One Overnight Care Professional, you'll be responsible for providing overnight companionship and care to our clients, enabling them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Your duties may include:

• Providing emotional support and companionship to our clients

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Managing medication regimens and providing medication reminders

• Maintaining a safe and healthy living environment

• Preparing meals and snacks, and assisting with mealtime

• Encouraging socialization and engagement in activities

• Reporting any changes or concerns to our clinical team
