Coastal Freight and Transportation in Washington state is seeking a Dedicated Local Driver with CDL-A to join our team. You will operate within a 325-mile radius around Puyallup, delivering groceries on a home-daily schedule, typically five days on and two days off.

This position offers steadiness with pre-loaded trailers, dock deliveries, and a mix of dry and frozen freight on 51- or 53-foot trailers. Expect about 2 loads per day or one longer run, with benefits including medical, dental,

Qualifications

• CDL-A required.
• Solid work history.
• Clean MVR.
• Minimum of 3 months of tractor trailer experience in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated deliveries to stores with docks.
• Trailers are pre-loaded.
• Service area within 325 miles from DC.
• Deliver dry and frozen groceries on 51' or 53' trailers.
• Freight is palletized and freight is steady.
• Account uses both reefers and dry vans.
• Multi-stop loads, usually 4 stops per trailer.
• Typically 2 loads per day or one long load.
• Backhaul to return to the yard.
• Automatic day cabs cannot be taken home for time off.

POSITION DETAILS:

• Dedicated deliveries to all stores have docks
• Trailers are pre-loaded
• Service area is 325miles from DC
• Deliver dry and frozen groceries on a '51, OR '53ft trailer
• All freight is palletized
• Dedicated steady freight.
• Account utilizes both reefers and dry vans
• Multi-stop loads, usually 4stops per trailer
• Drivers normally do 2 loads per day or one long load
• Drivers will pick up backhaul to return to yard
• Automaticday cabs can'tbe taken home for time off.

Must have a CDL-A, a solid work history, a clean MVR, and minimum of 3Months of Tractor Trailer Experience in the last year
