Job summary

Coastal-Freight-and-Transportation is seeking a Class A CDL driver for a dedicated local position. Home daily with a 5 days on, 2 days off schedule; average weekly pay ranges from $1,625 to $1,925, with annual gross around $85,000 to $100,000.

Trailers are pre-loaded; routes stay within a 250-mile radius of Chester NY. Expect multi-stop loads (2–3 stops per trailer) and backhaul planning. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K benefits included.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required with a clean MVR and 3 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last year.

POSITION DETAILS:

• Trailers are pre-loaded
• Service area is 250 miles from DC
• Deliver dry and frozen groceries on a '48ft, OR '53ft trailer
• All freight is palletized and organized
• Dedicated steady freight.
• Account utilizesreefervans
• Multi-stop loads, usually 2-3 stops per trailer
• Drivers normally do 2 shorter loads per day or one long load
• Drivers will pick up backhaul to return to yard
• Automaticday cabs can'tbe taken home for time off.

Must have a CDL-A, a solid work history, a clean MVR, and minimum of 3Months of Tractor Trailer Experience in the last year
