A. Duie Pyle is seeking an experienced, motivated full-time Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver for Elkton, MD. Local runs pay a flat $355; some routes pay $400 per day for sleep-out trips, with weekly direct deposit and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Hazmat endorsement required to start.
• Tanker endorsement to start or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Minimum 1 year of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• DOT medical card (non-excepted interstate).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Clear driving record (no more than 3 moving violations/accidents in 3 years).
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete deliveries and pick up returns per daily manifest.
• Ensure security and safety of tractor and freight; comply with DOT rules.
• Build relationships with customers and account managers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
