Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ year of transportation industry experience.
• 3+ years of fleet management or dispatcher experience.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, hours of service, and vehicle compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign loads to maximize driver/equipment utilization and meet customer expectations.
• Monitor driver hours of service and regulatory compliance prior to dispatch.
• Track mileage and align with account objectives or weekly goals.
• Support driver preferences, home time needs, and working conditions.
• Respond to inquiries from drivers, customers, and suppliers during/after business hours.
• Ensure compliance on high-security loads and company policies.
