Job summary

Koch Companies in Hamilton, OH is seeking a Fleet Manager (Dedicated) to coordinate freight planning, driver assignments, and equipment utilization for a Dedicated Trucking division. You'll help maximize driver and fleet productivity, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

You'll serve as a key point of contact for drivers while supporting day-to-day operational success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of Fleet Manager or Dispatcher experience.
• Experience with TMW, Omnitracs, and Qualcomm systems.
• Extensive knowledge of DOT compliance, hours of service, and vehicle standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign loads to maximize driver and equipment utilization.
• Monitor driver hours of service and ensure DOT compliance.
• Manage driver schedules, home time requests, and mileage.
• Coordinate scheduled truck maintenance with the Maintenance Department.
• Track high-security shipments and ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Respond to driver, customer, and supplier inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize equipment utilization.
• Manage payroll-related items for drivers, including advances.
• Communicate driver status changes to Safety, Payroll, and Maintenance.
