Job summary

J Rose Logistics seeks CDL drivers for a dedicated run between Phoenix, Albuquerque and Southern California. Earn weekly pay of $1,250–$1,500 with all-mile CPM and detention/time-based accessorial pay. Enjoy a modern fleet and 70% drop & hook with no-touch freight.

Home time includes a 34–48 hour reset; you may take the assigned truck home where applicable. Full benefits: health, dental, vision, life, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) with company match.

• Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.

Compensation & Performance Pay

• Weekly Earnings: Average $1,250 – $1,500 per week.
• All-Mile Pay: Earn Cents Per Mile (CPM) on ALL practical miles—whether you are running loaded or empty.
• Accessorial Pay: $20.00 per hour for detention and breakdown time to ensure you are paid for your time.

Home Time & Schedule

• Schedule: Out for 5 to 5.5 days, followed by a reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home.
• Operating Area: Dedicated Run between Phoenix, Albuquerque and Southern California.
• Park & Go: Option to take your assigned truck home during your weekly reset (where applicable).

Freight & Equipment

• The Fleet: Drive newer, premium, assigned equipment from top brands like Kenworth, Freightliner, and International.
• Freight Style: 100% No-Touch freight. Highly efficient operations with 70% drop & hook and minimal live loading/unloading.

Job Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

• SAP acceptable if you have step 6 complete.
