J Rose Enterprises is seeking a Class A CDL driver for regional Southwestern routes. Expect 100% no-touch freight on dry vans, with a high-efficiency drop-and-hook model and weekly earnings between $1,200 and $1,500.

This full-time W2 role offers steady year-round freight, home time weekly, 34–48 hour resets at home, mileage pay plus $20.00 per hour for detention/breakdown, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision and life insurance.

PayDetails:

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200 – $1,500 average weekly pay
• Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
• Classification: Full-time, W2 position with steady year-round freight

Schedule & Home Time:

• Home Time: Home weekly for your reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out on the road)
• Reset Duration: Reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home
• Operating Area: Regional routes running primarily throughout the Southwestern states

Freight & Equipment:

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
• Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook (approximately 70%), with remaining loads being live load/unload
• Equipment: Newer, well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models
• Convenience: Take-home truck privileges allowed during your weekly home time

Requirements:

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
