Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking a qualified CDL Class A truck driver to haul expedited freight across the continental United States. You will operate dry van trailers with drop-and-hook within an established network, maintaining safety and reliability on every trip.

Expect weekly earnings and a route that includes Nashville, Charlotte, and Atlanta, with home time weekly and a guaranteed 48-hour reset. Supplemental pay and comprehensive benefits are available for a stable driving career.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required.
• Minimum 6 months tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet DOT safety, background and drug/alcohol screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate dry van freight with drop-and-hook within an established network.
• Maintain safe, reliable driving practices and comply with regulations.
• Complete routes such as Nashville, TN–Charlotte, NC–Atlanta, GA–Nashville, TN with timely deliveries.

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,124 – $1,500 average weekly pay


• Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) paid on all miles (loaded and empty)


• Volume: Average of 2,300 to 2,500 miles per week


• Stability: Consistent miles and steady, year-round freight


• Onboarding: Paid orientation included

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Time: Home weekly with a guaranteed 48-hour reset


• Route: Run from Nashville, TN to Charlotte, NC to Atlanta, GA and back to Nashville,TN


• Consistency: Predictable scheduling, dispatch, and a stable workload

Job Details & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight


• Operation: Drop-and-hook loads within an established freight network


• Equipment: Late-model Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors


• Safety: Well-maintained fleet focused strictly on driver safety and reliability

• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $16.00 per hour

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)


• Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
