Job summary

Valor is seeking CDL A drivers for a dedicated 48-state OTR account with 100% no-touch loads. You’ll haul for a large beer distributor, running 2–3 weeks out with home time based on weeks out and averaging 2,500+ miles per week.

Trucks are newer model condos, assigned to drivers with drop & hook and live unload as needed. Full benefits start after 60 days, including medical, dental, PTO and 401(k) with matching.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and have 3 months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• CDL must be from your state of residency.
• No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years; no more than 1 serious moving violation in 12 months.
• May have up to 2 DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 in the last 3 years; cannot have been terminated from last job.

Responsibilities

• Operate 100% no-touch dedicated account across 48 states.
• Stay out 2–3 weeks with home time based on weeks out; longer stays possible.
• Deliver to company distribution centers and other warehouses; mix of drop and hook and live unload.
• Trucks are newer model condos and are assigned, not slip seated.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
