Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A truck drivers for a dedicated OTR account with 100% no-touch freight. This full-time role covers 48 states, with a mix of drop-and-hook and live unload, and drivers typically stay out 2–3 weeks with home time earned for each week out.

Starting pay is $0.57–$0.67 per mile, based on experience; full benefits begin after 60 days, including medical, dental, PTO and 401(k) with matching. Trucks are newer model condos, assigned to a major beer distributor.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 3 full months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• CDL must be from your state of residency.
• No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years and no more than one serious moving violation in 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor-trailers over 48 states.
• No-touch freight with drop-and-hook and live unload.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
