Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A truck drivers for a dedicated OTR account with 100% no-touch deliveries across 48 states. You’ll run 2 to 3 weeks out and earn miles with time home aligned to each week out. Trucks are newer Condos and assigned, not slip-seated, with a mix of drop and hook and live unload.

Starting pay ranges from 0.57 to 0.67 CPM based on experience, with full benefits after 60 days, including medical, dental, PTO and a 401K match, plus additional company perks.

Qualifications

• Drivers must be 21 and have 3 full months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• CDL must be from your state of current residency.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than one serious moving violation in the last 12 months including 15+, reckless, using handheld
• May have Two DOT Recordable accidents in the last three years except for the following which you may not have in the last three years except those with major traffic violation or major accidents such as rear end, rollover or jack-knife
• May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years and can not have been terminated from last job for ANY reason and go off what carrier reports
• Hey you may find a better job with 3 months and not slinging boxes, but when you do please let me know.

Responsibilities

• Operate 100% no-touch routes with drop and hook and live unload across the US.
• Deliver to company distribution centers and warehouses nationwide.
• Stay out 2 to 3 weeks; home time aligned to each week out.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
