Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A CDL drivers for a 100% no-touch, dedicated OTR account across all 48 states. Expect 2–3 weeks out with ample home time per week out; miles are steady on a major beer distributor account.

Starting pay is 57–67 cents per mile, with full benefits after 60 days, including medical, dental, PTO and a 401(k) with matching. Equipment is newer, assigned, and not slip-seated.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 3 full months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• CDL must be from your state of residency.
• No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years and no more than one serious moving violation in 12 months.
• May have up to two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years with exceptions for major violations or accidents.

Responsibilities

• Operate a dedicated account across 48 states with no-touch freight.
• Run 2–3 weeks out with rest at home for each week out.
• Deliver to distribution centers and warehouses with a mix of drop and hook and live unload.
• Ensure compliance with trucking regulations and company policies.
