The Dedicated Account Analyst serves as a peer leader amongst the Dedicated Account Specialists and a strong individual contributor by providing training, leadership, and resource alignment to support client goals. The role involves working with leadership to screen and hire potential Dedicated Account Specialist candidates, overseeing their onboarding, training, and ongoing management. It consolidates data from the team to support customer initiatives, updates customers on progress, and reviews reports to assist with customer savings initiatives.
This role will serve as a lead individual contributor for a health systems customer account in the Philadelphia area. It requires on-site presence at least once per week, with occasional travel for meetings and events, generally once to twice per year. Candidates should reside within a 40-mile radius of central Philadelphia. The customer has multiple locations in the area, subject to change based on business needs.
Normal working hours are 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET, with potential variations based on business needs.
- Broad training in fields such as pharmaceutical purchasing, pharmacy technician, supply chain, or equivalent, typically via a bachelor’s degree or experience.
- Pharmacy technician certification or experience as a pharmaceutical buyer is highly preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in pharmacy or healthcare finance; management experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational, communication, customer relations, and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of U.S. health systems and Cencora solutions.
- Financial acumen with intermediate ability to interpret data.
- Proactive, critical thinking mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables), PowerBI, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Ability to understand customer nuances and facilitate internal alignment.
