We are seeking a dynamic and driven National Account Analyst to elevate our market presence and fuel sales growth with U.S. national and regional partners, across both on- and off-premises channels.
Position Overview:
As the National Account Analyst (or Manager), you will collaborate closely with the Director of National Accounts, managing monthly activities and workflows to achieve ambitious goals. Your role will involve crafting and executing data-driven sales strategies to secure new placements, programs, and distribution, while maintaining and expanding existing partnerships.
This role demands a strong analytical mindset, exceptional sales expertise, and a deep understanding of the spirits industry.
Key Responsibilities:
·Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and deliver compelling, data-based sales strategies and presentations tailored to national accounts (both on- and off-premise) in alignment with company objectives.
·Market Analysis: Track market trends and sales performance for key accounts, identifying growth opportunities and adapting strategies accordingly. Proficiency in using account-level data (e.g., Nielsen’s and VIP) to ensure thriving and mutually beneficial partnerships is essential.
·Sales Forecasting & Budgeting: Generate accurate sales forecasts and manage budgets to meet and exceed established targets.
·Collaborative Initiatives: Partner with marketing teams to design impactful promotional programs that boost brand visibility and drive sales.
·Performance Tracking: Analyze account performance, compile insightful reports, and present actionable findings to senior management to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
·A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or data analysis within the spirits or beverage industry.
·Deep knowledge of the national retail and distributor landscape.
·Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for influencing decisions at all organizational levels.
·Proven ability to analyze complex data, derive actionable insights, and implement strategic initiatives.
·Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
