Job summary

Ladders is seeking a DecSecOps Engineer to strengthen secure software delivery by embedding security into CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows. You will partner with development, infrastructure, and security teams to automate controls and modernize across cloud, hybrid, and containerized environments.

This remote role is US-based with no visa sponsorship. Competitive compensation is offered for this hands-on position that improves release quality and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps or related roles with security-focused software delivery.
• Experience embedding security into CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support the integration of security into CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Implement security controls and vulnerability scans in software delivery workflows.
• Configure and maintain DevSecOps tools including source control and security solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve security and quality issues.
• Assist in repository migrations and pipeline modernization efforts.
• Support deployments in cloud and hybrid environments with containers.
• Develop automation scripts and maintain pipeline templates.

For our client, we are seeking a DecSecOps Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will focus on strengthening secure software delivery by embedding security into CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows. The engineer will partner closely with development, infrastructure, and security teams to improve release quality, automate controls, and support modernization across cloud, hybrid, and containerized environments. This is a hands‑on opportunity to help advance resilient, secure, and efficient delivery practices across the technology organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Support the integration of security into CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
• Implement security controls and vulnerability scans in software delivery workflows
