Job description

Griff Decorative Films (GDF), a leading manufacturer of high-quality PVC films for
the decorative and sign vinyl markets, is seeking an aggressive, hands-on, and highly motivated Decorative Vinyl Sales Associate. While this is a remote position, some travel to our home office in Fallsington, PA, will be expected for key meetings and training.

Position Description:

This is a critical role for an individual passionate about driving sales and expanding market share. You will be responsible for strategically growing our business by:

• Developing and nurturing strong relationships with distribution
  partners.
• Directly engaging and selling to end-users across various industries.
• Leveraging your uncanny ability to connect with and sell to the
  thriving at-home DIY crafting community.
• Maximizing sales opportunities through our robust online sales
  channels.

The Position is Responsible For:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the
  decorative and sign vinyl markets.
• Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and
  retention.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations (virtually and in-person as needed).
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed
  sales targets.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
• Utilize CRM software and other sales tools effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide
  market feedback.

Job Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent work experience is needed.
• Proven track record of aggressive sales success, preferably in the decorative film, sign vinyl, or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to sell to both B2B (distribution) and B2C (end-user, especially DIY crafters) segments.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, virtual communication tools (e.g., video conferencing), and online sales platforms.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel periodically to the home office in Fallsington, PA.
