Qualifications

• Prior experience in concrete resurfacing, decorative flooring, epoxy coatings, or a related trade.
• Familiarity with surface preparation techniques and concrete coating systems.
• Ability to operate surface grinding and preparation equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finished results.
• Ability to work outdoors and in various physical conditions including kneeling, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, shot blasting, and surface profiling prior to coating or resurfacing applications.
• Apply decorative concrete overlays, epoxy coatings, polyurea, polyaspartic, and other flooring systems.
• Install decorative flooring elements including stained concrete, polished concrete, and flake/quartz broadcast systems.
• Perform concrete crack repair, spall repair, and joint filling as needed before installation.
• Operate and maintain surface preparation equipment including grinders, scarifiers, and vacuums.
• Ensure quality control throughout each phase of the installation process.
• Communicate professionally with clients on job sites and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
