Job summary

Industrial Surfacing & Lining, LLC. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking skilled Concrete Polishing and Epoxy Flooring Installers to join our growing team. This hands-on position involves delivering high-quality flooring solutions across commercial and industrial environments.

You will prepare surfaces, apply epoxy and decorative finishes, and operate polishing equipment while collaborating with the crew to meet project timelines. OSHA 10 certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Prior experience in concrete polishing or epoxy flooring preferred.
Ability to read and follow product data sheets and instructions.
Physically capable of standing and working on concrete for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Prepare concrete surfaces via grinding, shot blasting, and profiling.
Apply epoxy coatings, urethane systems, and decorative finishes.
Operate polishing equipment and edge grinders.
Mix and apply epoxy resins and broadcast materials as specified.
Perform moisture tests, crack repair, and joint filling.
Maintain tools and PPE; ensure safety on job sites.
Coordinate with crew leads for timely project completion.
