Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
• Prepare garments, accessories, and promotional products for decoration.
• Serve as backup embroidery operator and assist with machine setup and production.
• Trim and remove embroidery backing to ensure quality.
• Support heat press, embroidery, etching, and other decoration processes.
• Inspect and quality-check completed garments and products.
• Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of decorating equipment and workstations.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors when replenishment is needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment; follow safety procedures.
• Assist with other production, fulfillment, and warehouse duties.

Position Summary

The Decoration Assistant supports the daily planning, decoration, and fulfillment of client orders. This role is responsible for assisting with the production and customization of branded merchandise using techniques such as heat pressing and embroidery. The Decoration Assistant helps ensure products are completed accurately, meet quality standards, and are delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the decoration team by receiving, organizing, and verifying incoming materials against purchase orders.
• Assist with the daily staging and preparation of garments, accessories, and promotional products for decoration.
• Learn and serve as a backup embroidery operator, assisting with machine setup, operation, and production as needed.
• Assist with daily trimming and removal of embroidery backing to ensure finished products meet quality standards.
• Support heat press, embroidery, etching, and other decoration processes as directed.
• Organize, inspect, and quality check completed garments and promotional products using packing slips and order documentation.
• Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of decorating equipment and workstations.
• Monitor inventory levels of decoration supplies and notify supervisors when replenishment is needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Assist with other production, fulfillment, and warehouse duties as assigned.
