Job summary

Responsibilities

• Read job specs on request and procure tooling and materials.
• Set up printing equipment according to job orders and specs in production runs.
• Conduct ongoing visual inspection of machine for leaks, loose belts, etc., according to checklist.
• Troubleshoots lithograph and offset printing equipment.
• Performs line clearance procedures in the event of change of products.
• Continuously checks, on a random basis, for compliance to customer specs and quality standards.
• Identifies and promptly reports to supervisor equipment malfunction, material, safety or quality issues.
• Completes Record Production/Quality Control work sheet accurately.
• Performs line clearance procedures in the event of change of products.
• Conforms to company personnel and safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Performs special projects and assignments as directed by supervisory personnel.

EDUCATION

Tenth grade equivalent education plus 3 – 4 years applicable experience.
