Job summary

Ponte Family Estate Winery seeks a Deck Bartender to serve wine and beer with friendly, attentive service. You will greet guests, suggest drinks, and handle orders with accuracy while maintaining a clean workspace.

Must be 21+, have wine knowledge, strong English communication, and 2–3 years in a related role. Weekend, night, and holiday availability is required; expect lifting up to 50 lbs and standing long hours.

• Must have excellent communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Must have exceptional grooming standards that are consistent with company guidelines.

• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Must be willing to assist co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.
• Must be available weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to bend and stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have 2-3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with supervisor throughout shift to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Be available to work regularly as scheduled.
• Assist in setup/reset for the Deck.
• Be a team player and help fellow associates.
• Follow health and safety regulations and keep areas clean.
• Greet guests and suggest drinks; answer questions.
• Take food orders and pass to kitchen for prep.
• Serve wine and beer to guests; monitor inventory.
