Job summary

Ponte Family Estate Winery in Temecula, CA is seeking a Deck Bartender to provide friendly, attentive service, pour wine and beer, and help guests enjoy a relaxing visit. You will work with the team to ensure smooth service during events and daily wine tastings.

Candidates must be 21+, have 2-3 years of related experience, basic wine and beer knowledge, and the ability to stand long hours in hot conditions. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 2–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of wine and beer.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must communicate in English and provide friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with supervisor throughout shift and report concerns.
• Be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Assist in setup and reset for the Deck and events.
• Greet guests, inform them of drink options, and take orders.
• Serve wine and beer, ensure guest satisfaction, and handle payments.
