Barletta Boats in Bristol, IN, is seeking a Production Team Member for Decking, Vinyl & Trim. You will install decking materials, apply marine-grade vinyl, and fit trim components with precision on our pontoon boats.

Join a safety‑driven, team-focused culture and contribute to building premium boats. Applicants should have manufacturing experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain reliable attendance; overtime and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred (2+ years ideal).
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.).
• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting; PPE used.

Responsibilities

• Install plywood or composite decking materials onto pontoon chassis using specialized tools and adhesives.
• Apply and secure marine-grade vinyl flooring to create a durable, high-quality finished deck surface.
• Measure, position, and install aluminum trim components around the perimeter of the deck for proper fit and finish.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, adhesives, and production equipment to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and craftsmanship expectations.
• Work closely with team members to maintain production flow and achieve daily manufacturing goals.

About the Role

The Production Team Member - Decking, Vinyl & Trim team plays a critical role in building the foundation of every premium pontoon that leaves our production floor. In this hands-on manufacturing role, you'll help transform a bare chassis into the beginning of a finished boat by installing decking materials, applying marine-grade vinyl, and fitting trim components with precision and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

• Install plywood or composite decking materials onto pontoon chassis using specialized tools and adhesives.
• Apply and secure marine-grade vinyl flooring to create a durable, high-quality finished deck surface.
• Measure, position, and install aluminum trim components around the perimeter of the deck for proper fit and finish.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, adhesives, and production equipment to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and craftsmanship expectations are met.
• Work closely with team members to maintain production flow and achieve daily manufacturing goals.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE while supporting Barletta's "Zero Harm" safety culture.
• Help create the foundation for a high-quality pontoon boat that will move through the next stages of production.
