Job summary

Master Halco Fence & Deck Supply is seeking an experienced Decking and Railing Outside Sales Associate to grow DR&OS sales across a designated territory. You will lead face-to-face calls with customers, build relationships, and collaborate with inside/outside teams to expand product offerings.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with contractors, a fast-paced sales mindset, and a path to developing your sales career within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Work Equivalent required.
• Excellent face-to-face sales, training, and presentation skills with both small and large groups.
• Driven and results oriented with ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and margin goals for decking, railing and outdoor structures for the designated branch.
• Expand and diversify the customer base and product offerings to be a complete source for customers.
• Travel to customer sites to make face-to-face sales calls and support partners.
