About the Role

The Deckhand/Unlicensed Engineer plays a crucial role in the safe and efficient operation of Bordelon Marine Vessel Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the vessel's equipment and assisting with navigation and safety protocols. Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
  • Basic knowledge of marine operations and safety protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on marine vessels or in a related field.
  • Basic mechanical skills or knowledge of engine operations.
  • Certifications in safety training (e.g., STCW, First Aid).
