Job summary

A premier cruise company in Annapolis, Maryland is seeking Deckhands for the 2026 season. Successful candidates will assist with ship operations including handling marine equipment and maintaining cleanliness. This is a temporary, full-time role lasting 28 weeks, offering wages between $1,000 and $1,400 weekly with all major living expenses covered. Ideal applicants are at least 18 years old, able to work under pressure, and can perform on-board duties safely.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with handling lines, anchors, and marine equipment.
• Perform daily exterior cleaning and logistical support tasks.
• Stand helm watches and assist the Captain in steering.
