Deckhands will assist with tow building, vessel housekeeping, and general maintenance, making this a dynamic and physically engaging role. What You'll Need

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work away from home for extended periods (21, 14, or 7 day hitches)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 110 pounds for up to 1000 feet
• Ability to work in confined spaces, often entered through a manhole
• Ability to climb a ladder and board/ride in a skiff
• Must obtain a valid TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
• Pass a post-offer process (background check, drug screen, physical)
• Ability to read and write English to comply with USCG regulatory requirements
