Responsibilities

• Own the shift from start to finish.
• Coach Swim Instructors and Deck Assistants.
• Interact with parents to discuss student progress.
• Complete daily Deck Supervisor logs.
• Conduct evaluations of Swim Instructors.
• Maintain facility cleanliness.
• Arrange coverage for absent team members.
• Substitute as Swim Instructor or Lifeguard when needed.
