Hometown Builders Unlimited is seeking experienced subcontractor crews to partner on deck-building projects across Washington, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Dodge, and Fond du Lac counties. We specialize in precision-built, high-end outdoor spaces and welcome crews committed to quality and professionalism.

We handle sales and scheduling so crews can focus on building, with competitive project-based pay and a strong pipeline of work. Experience with composite materials like Trex and TimberTech is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in deck building and framing to high standards.
• Ability to work independently with own crew and transportation.
• Provide photos of previous work demonstrating skill.
• Insurance: General Liability & Workers’ Compensation or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities
