New Fresh Homes is seeking a driven Deck Sales Representative to join our growing construction team in the home improvement space. This being a 1099 Independent Contractor role, you will meet homeowners, present decking options, and drive projects from inquiry to installation.

Ideal candidates have proven sales experience, excellent communication, and are comfortable working independently. Flexible schedule and unlimited earning potential with commissions await the right person.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Goal-oriented and driven to succeed.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver\'s license.
• Ability to use a smartphone, email, and basic computer programs.
• Construction or home improvement experience is a plus, but we\'re willing to train the right salesperson.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to discuss their decking needs.
• Conduct in-home sales appointments.
• Educate customers on decking materials, design options, and project benefits.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Work closely with our production team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
