TruBlue of East Wake & Northern Johnston County is seeking a dependable Home Service Technician to perform residential repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects. You will handle drywall, painting, flooring, doors, and trim, with some plumbing and electrical tasks, while ensuring safety and quality in occupied homes.

The role offers Monday–Friday, full-time hours, and competitive hourly pay with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paid handyman, home repair, maintenance, remodeling, or construction experience
• Experience with multiple residential trades

TruBlue of East Wake & Northern Johnston County is a new locally owned franchise serving homeowners throughout Wake and Johnston Counties. We provide professional handyman services, home maintenance, home safety modifications, and repair solutions that help seniors age safely in place while supporting busy families throughout our community.

We are looking for a dependable Home Service Technician who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and values treating customers with respect.

What You'll Do

• Perform residential repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects
• Complete work involving drywall repair, painting, flooring, doors, trim, and general carpentry
• Perform minor plumbing and minor electrical repairs
• Assist with home safety modifications and accessibility improvements
• Diagnose problems and provide practical solutions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the TruBlue brand

Qualifications

• Must provide and maintain personal hand tools
