Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience on Torpedo Tube and Weapons Shipping and Handling Assembly.
• Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in an industrial environment within the shipbuilding / ship maintenance industry.
• Minimum 5 years of 2nd level management experience in an industrial environment within the shipbuilding / ship maintenance industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and mentoring to improve productivity and drive schedule adherence.
• Ensure backup tasks are defined if primary tasks are not progressing.
• Attend meetings with supervisors and provide coaching on preparation and response.
