Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Supervisory experience in an industrial environment.

• Must be a US Citizen and possess a secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and mentoring to improve productivity.
• Set clear expectations for work progress.
• Ensure work site conditions are understood and ready for workers.
• Attend meetings with supervisor and provide coaching.
• Spend at least 4 hours a day on deckplate.
