About the Role

The Deck Attendant is responsible for the upkeep, cleaning, maintenance, and organization of pools, waterslides, spas, and pool deck areas, ensuring safety and security for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Set up pool furniture and towels appropriately.
2. Ensure compliance with pool rules and restrict access to authorized guests.
3. Provide excellent guest service, assisting with towels and water.
4. Respond to guest inquiries and engage with guests during activities.
5. Maintain safety standards and report emergencies immediately.
6. Follow all relevant policies, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in time management and prioritization.
• Ability to take initiative and adapt to changes.
• Recognize emergencies and respond appropriately.
• Ability to work cooperatively and independently with sound judgment.
