Job summary

CVS Health's Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) team is expanding its Clinical Data Science & AI group. The role of Decision Scientist - Clinical Informatics focuses on activating CVS Health's clinical data repository to improve outcomes and enable analysts and data scientists to work independently with high-quality data.

You will build a clinical data feature store, document data assets, develop validated tables and views, and collaborate with data engineering to ensure compliant

Qualifications

2+ years in clinical informatics or healthcare analytics.
Experience with CCD data, labs, notes, and admin healthcare data.
Proficiency in SQL and large-scale datasets.
Familiar with GCP BigQuery.
Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Activate the clinical data repository to support analytics.
Build the clinical data feature store with standards and docs.
Develop validated data assets (tables, views, features).
Create comprehensive data documentation and lineage.
Build queries, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with data engineering for data pipelines and governance.
