Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Info Science, Math/Statistics, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of relevant, progressive experience in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research.
• Strong technical skills with mainframe, PC and Internet-based technologies and large databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster internal relationships across the corporation.
• Provide analytic and consultative support to internal customers and external partners.
• Mentor colleagues with less experience on technical and business aspects of projects.
• Define how decision support systems provide information for business decisions.
• Propose solutions to complex business problems using broad experience and technical knowledge.
• Lead the implementation of the recommended solutions.
• Lead in defining issues and approaches for studies and projects; create new methods of analysis and data design.
• Model data sources and flows; define security policies to ensure precise delivery of knowledge.
• Assist in interpretation of data and prepare written reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain complex programs using 4GL languages (SAS, R, SQL) and DB2/Teradata/Oracle.
