Woolpert is seeking a Senior Consultant-Program & Product Development Design Manager for the Mission Critical Program & Product Development team. This role requires an advanced degree in Architecture/Engineering and 10+ years of experience, focusing on decarbonization and mass timber projects. You will lead strategies, manage teams, and maintain client relationships. The position offers flexible working arrangements, comprehensive benefits, and a pay range of $139,200 – $174,000 USD depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience on complex projects focused on decarbonization.
• Strong knowledge of mass timber detailing and prototyping.
• Experience developing detailed drawing packages.
