Job summary

Veolia is seeking an Energy Projects Development Manager to lead decarbonised energy solutions for large energy users. This home-based role with national travel rewards initiative and collaboration with business development, technical direction, supply chain, and cost estimating teams to shape proposals and delivery plans.

You will engage customers, frame project execution plans, and govern project delivery through internal processes while coordinating with delivery partners to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Project management experience in engineering/construction, preferably in the energy sector.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and in all forms.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities with changing priorities in a dynamic business development environment.
• Experience with decarbonisation solutions/technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Energy project development: develop and deliver decarbonised energy solutions for large energy users.
• Cross-functional collaboration: lead on the project execution plan with BD, technical direction, supply chain and cost teams.
• Customer engagement: discuss needs with customers and present final proposals.
• Governance and delivery: present work through governance and support smooth handovers between project phases.
• Complex opportunities and supply chain: manage interlinked capital and funding mechanisms with partners.
